Over the holidays, I caught one of her new episodes where she had put a new spin to this recipe by replacing the basil with sun-dried tomatoes. I tried the new version last night and it was absolutely divine (and as you know, so easy!). It's a nice seasonal trade-off when basil is not as readily available.
